1. Clean your nose 👃
Clean both side of your nose using soap and water or alcohol wipes.

2. Use the Magnetic Applicator to pick up each tab 🧲
Tab placement is essential. Apply one tab to either side of your nose and push it down to secure.

3. Wait 3-5 minutes ⏱️
It is ideal to wait 3-5 minutes for the adhesive to fully set before applying the nose band.

4. Attach the Magnetic Nasal Strip ✨
Put on the Magnetic Nasal strip and let the magnets do the work.
